We do not publish your complete Professional Profile publicly merely because you create an account unless the functionality of the Service expressly states otherwise.

You understand that once information has been lawfully provided to an independent Customer, that Customer may process the information independently in accordance with its own legal obligations and privacy policies.


7. WHO MAY RECEIVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Depending on the circumstances, your personal data may be disclosed to:

  • selected Customers;

  • prospective employers or contracting parties;

  • recruiters or professional intermediaries;
