Overview
A digital payments team is rebuilding several customer facing journeys and needs an experienced frontend engineer to take ownership of the application layer. You will work alongside product design and backend specialists, with a strong focus on maintainability, accessibility and page performance.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of frontend delivery for new customer facing journeys.
- Build reusable interface components and keep the application structure maintainable as the product grows.
- Work closely with product design and backend engineers to turn requirements into reliable releases.
- Review frontend performance, accessibility and automated test coverage before release.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong React and TypeScript experience in production environments.
- Experience designing reusable components and frontend architecture.
- Good knowledge of accessibility, responsive design and browser performance.
- Comfortable working with REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with automated frontend testing is expected.
