Overview
A business intelligence function is standardising reporting across several departments and needs a consultant who can combine technical Power BI knowledge with a good understanding of business reporting. The assignment includes dashboard development, data modelling and support for users adopting the new reporting setup.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve Power BI dashboards used across several business functions.
- Develop semantic models and reporting structures based on source system data.
- Work with business users to clarify reporting needs and turn them into useful outputs.
- Support adoption, workspace organisation and consistent reporting practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Power BI development experience.
- Strong DAX and Power Query skills.
- Experience building semantic models for business reporting.
- Good understanding of SQL and source system data.
- Ability to turn loosely defined reporting needs into useful dashboards.
- Experience with Power BI governance and workspace management is preferred.
