Lead .NET Developer

We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to take a hands-on technical leadership role within a fast-moving engineering environment. You will be involved in designing and delivering cloud-based solutions while working across application development, APIs, integrations, and modern frontend technologies.The role combines technical ownership with collaboration across development, architecture, and platform teams. You will help shape implementation decisions, support engineering standards, and ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and ready for production.

• You will lead technical decisions across the development lifecycle, from solution design through implementation and deployment. A key part of the role will be designing integration approaches, developing and managing APIs, and ensuring that interfaces remain reliable throughout their lifecycle.
• You will work closely with architects and cloud platform specialists while providing technical guidance to other developers. The role also includes supporting continuous delivery practices and helping teams establish efficient, repeatable deployment processes.
• Security will be an important consideration throughout the development process, particularly around APIs, cloud services, and system integrations.

• Strong professional experience with .NET development
• Solid experience with React and modern frontend development
• Hands-on knowledge of API management solutions such as WSO2 or Kong
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration platforms, preferably Boomi
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
• Good knowledge of API design, lifecycle management, and security
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Experience with cloud-native application architecture
• Ability to make and communicate technical design decisions
• Experience providing technical direction or mentoring to other developers
• Comfortable working across development, architecture, and platform teams
