Overview
A product engineering organisation is improving its delivery platform and wants a DevOps specialist to remove friction from build and release processes. The consultant will work closely with development teams on automation, environment consistency and operational visibility.
Responsibilities
- Improve build and release processes used by product engineering teams.
- Automate repetitive delivery tasks and improve consistency between environments.
- Strengthen monitoring and troubleshoot issues affecting development or production workflows.
- Work directly with engineers to improve the reliability of the delivery platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
- Practical Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
- Experience with Git based workflows and infrastructure automation.
- Understanding of application monitoring and production troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI is required.
