Overview
A transformation office is bringing together several technology initiatives and needs a senior business analyst to create clearer links between operational needs and delivery work. You will facilitate workshops, document requirements and help delivery teams make decisions that can be traced back to agreed business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Translate operational needs into clear requirements for delivery teams.
- Map processes, dependencies and gaps across related transformation initiatives.
- Support prioritisation and decision making by keeping requirements linked to agreed outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years working as a business analyst in technology programmes.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting functional requirements.
- Confident workshop facilitation with senior business stakeholders.
- Experience producing process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to identify dependencies and gaps across several workstreams.
- Previous work in large transformation programmes is preferred.
