Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering delivery across payment services.
- Manage release planning and sprint governance.
- Align product owners and platform architects.
- Track technical dependencies and risks.
- Support production readiness and rollout planning.
- Communicate delivery progress to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 9+ years in technical delivery or programme management.
- Experience with banking or fintech platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices and cloud architecture.
- Agile delivery leadership experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
