Overview
A software delivery team is increasing its automated test coverage ahead of a series of major releases. The consultant will establish reliable end to end test suites, work with developers on quality practices and help identify weak points in the current release process.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test coverage for upcoming product releases.
- Develop end to end scenarios and API tests that reflect real user journeys.
- Integrate automated checks into delivery pipelines and quality gates.
- Investigate failures with developers and help identify weaknesses in the release process.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software testing experience.
- Strong automation skills using Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
- Experience designing maintainable end to end test suites.
- Good understanding of API testing and test data management.
- Comfortable working with CI pipelines and automated quality gates.
- Ability to investigate failures and communicate defects clearly.
