Overview
A large enterprise is simplifying how applications exchange information across a mixed technology landscape. The architect will define integration patterns, review interfaces and work with delivery teams to establish standards that can be applied across multiple programmes.
Responsibilities
- Define integration patterns for applications across the enterprise landscape.
- Review API and middleware designs produced by delivery teams.
- Establish interface standards and practical guidance for future programmes.
- Identify architectural risks and work with engineering teams on suitable solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration.
- Strong background in REST APIs, messaging and integration architecture.
- Experience documenting target architectures and interface standards.
- Understanding of event driven and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Ability to review technical designs and identify long term risks.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi or a similar integration platform is beneficial.
