Overview
An internal technology function is expanding its ServiceNow footprint and needs a consultant to support workflow improvements across IT service management. The assignment combines configuration, integration work and close cooperation with process owners who are refining how requests are handled.
Responsibilities
- Configure and improve ServiceNow workflows across IT service management processes.
- Develop integrations and platform functionality based on agreed process requirements.
- Work directly with process owners to identify practical improvements.
- Support releases, upgrades and troubleshooting within the ServiceNow environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and platform configuration.
- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Background in integrations using REST or SOAP interfaces.
- Ability to translate process requirements into maintainable workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management is valuable.
